Please read carefully this rules before sending your designs:

1. Choose any picture you wan´t to appear on the front side of the card. Must be at least 14.4 x 9.4 cm. to avoid pixelization on final card.

2. Scan it at least 300 dpi for best quality-weight ratio. (or send the original photo).

3.We prefer Tiff or Jpg for image scans, 300 dpi and CMYK colour. For vectorial designs, CDR (Corel Draw) is preferred.

4. For back side designs we accept CRD files, but remember to convert all text to curves to maintain text fonts, otherwise texts might appear different on printed QSL. We provide our own back designs here, check the reference you want.

5. Send any logo, graphic.. you want to appear on the card. We have all main association logos already.

6. On a separate sheet write what you want to appear on the fron side. Do not write on the picture.

7. Send all files, pictures etc.. to my postal adress or my mail. Beware e-mail attached images decrease their resolution to 72dpi and zipped images lost colour information. CD or floppys to mail adress are prefered. You also can order (free service) FTP account and I'll send FTP account with login and password and you can upload images. Contact here.

8.As soon as we receive your material we will send you a confirmation e-mail and start to work on the design.

9. As soon as we receive your agreement on the design whe will send it to the printer and in 4-6 weeks you will receive your cards.
